Managed services & monitoring
Software isn't done when it ships - that's when it starts costing you. We operate business applications as a service: ours, and the ones somebody else built and left behind. The difference is that we find out about problems before your users do.
-
Application operations with SLAs
L1 triage through L3 engineering fixes, in English and Czech, with agreed response times. We run applications for banking and pharmaceutical clients where "we'll look at it Monday" is not an option.
-
Proactive monitoring - beyond uptime
Our own monitoring platform executes scheduled checks against the things that actually break: did last night's import land, is the job queue draining, does the certificate expire next week, is the database growing abnormally. Uptime pings tell you the lights are on; we check that the work got done.
-
Observability as standard
Every application we operate gets structured logging (Seq), error tracking (Sentry/GlitchTip), metrics (Grafana, Zabbix) and enriched health endpoints. When something fails, we see where and why - not just that it did.
-
Take-over of existing systems
Inherited an application without its authors? We audit it, put it under monitoring, document what it actually does, and then commit to keeping it alive - with a modernization path when you're ready.

If the honest answer is "nobody", let's fix that this month.
